Will I recieve updates about my pet?
Yes! After each visit, we send a detailed visit report through the Time to Pet app that includes notes and photos so you can see how your pet is doing while you're away.
How do I book a service? How do you access my home?

Booking a service is easy! Simply click on “New Client Inquiry” at the top of this page and complete the questionnaire. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll review your information and reach out to schedule a meet & greet to get to know you, your pets, and your care needs.

After your meet & greet, we’ll create your account in Time to Pet, our online pet-sitting management system. This is where you’ll be able to schedule and manage services, view invoices, make payments, and message our team. For the best experience, we also recommend downloading the Time to Pet app.

Most clients provide access to their home through a keyless entry, garage code, or lockbox. For security reasons, we do not keep clients’ keys on file. Detailed access instructions can be added to your Time to Pet account.

Are your pet sitters trained? Will my pet have the same sitter each visit?
Yes, all our pet sitters are trained professionals who are passionate about animal care. They undergo background checks and training to ensure your pets are in safe hands. Consistency is very important to us. Whenever possible, we assign the same sitter for your visits so your pets can build a comfortable and familiar relationship. In the event that your primary sitter is unavailable, another trained member of the team will step in with full access to your pet's care instructions.
