How do I book a service? How do you access my home?

Booking a service is easy! Simply click on "New Client Sign Up" at the top of this page. This will create your account in Time to Pet, where you can schedule services, manage invoices & message our team! For the best experience, please download the app Time to Pet. You can also give us a call for any specific requests. Most clients provide access through a keyless entry, garage code or lockbox. For secuity reasons, we do not keep clients keys on file. You can include detailed access intructions in Time to Pet

Are your pet sitters trained? Will my pet have the same sitter each visit?

Yes, all our pet sitters are trained professionals who are passionate about animal care. They undergo background checks and training to ensure your pets are in safe hands. Consistancy is very important to us. Whenever possible, we assign the same sitter for your visits so your pets can build a comfortable and familiar relationship. In the event that your primary sitter is unavailable, another trained member of the team will step in with full access to your pet's care instructions.
